Do I need to provide photos?

Although it is not necessary for you to provide photos of your home for us to purchase it, it does speed up the home buying process and simplifies the steps required to buy the home. It allows and enables us to verify the condition of the property quickly and conveniently.

Can I change my closing date?

Yes, you can change your closing date. Our goal is to work with you on your timeline and to meet your exact selling needs. If you need more time to move out of the property or something unexpected has come up, we can move the closing date back or close sooner depending on the situation.

What if repairs are needed?

No repairs will be necessary when we purchase your home. We buy homes in as-is conditions. When we calculate how much we can pay for your home, we take into account the condition of the home and how much we will need to spend in order to do the needed repairs.

How do I receive my money?

The seller receives their money from the title company performing the transaction. Every home that is purchased goes through the title company of choice to protect the interest of both the seller & the buyer. Once the property closes, the seller will receive a certified check or a wire transfer.

How long does it take to get money?

Depending on the closing date desired by the seller, the seller can receive their money in as little as 2 days. As soon as the transaction is completed & funded at the title company, the seller will receive their money in full through a certified check or wire transfer.

What does the process involve?

The process is very simple. A home buying specialist makes you an all-cash offer & if you accept, a real estate purchase agreement is signed. That agreement is sent to a title company to verify ownership & to prepare documents for the closing date. On the closing date, both parties sign to complete the transaction.

Are you a real estate agent and are there fees or commissions involved?
